Staci’s began as a dream shared over dinner. A family vision brought to life in the heart of Rothwell - not with grand plans, but with a simple promise: to serve honest, beautiful Italian food, in a place where everyone feels at home.
At the heart of our kitchen is Ian, our head chef. With over 12 years of experience in busy Italian restaurants, his cooking is instinctive and heartfelt - from the silky handmade pasta to rich ragùs slow-cooked with love. Ian doesn’t cut corners. Every dish is made fresh, every ingredient chosen with care, and every plate served with pride.
We work closely with local producers to bring in the best seasonal ingredients, paired with specialist imports from trusted Italian suppliers - the kind that make a difference with every bite. It’s food that’s rooted in tradition, but never stuck in the past.
Out front, Steve leads our warm and welcoming service. With decades of experience in hospitality, he knows exactly how to make you feel seen, comfortable, and truly looked after - whether you’re joining us for a romantic meal, a family celebration, or just a well-earned glass of wine and something delicious to eat.
We called it Staci’s because it needed to feel personal.

Our pizzas are hand-prepared on a 9-inch Neapolitan crust — light, airy, and blistered to perfection. We keep things classic, using rich tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, and carefully chosen toppings that let the ingredients speak.

Made fresh and cooked to order, our pasta dishes range from rich, slow-cooked Fettuccine Ragu to creamy, indulgent Penne Dolcelatte with blue cheese and sautéed mushrooms.
